Block Google Lens and/or Google Search

Anyone know if it is possible to block Google Lens and/or Google Search without having to block all Google services in AdGuard Home?
I have a little one in the house that has become a master of using Google Lens to search for things and sometimes the search results aren't child safe that include some bad language. I'm afraid someday they will get a search result that will display something worse than just bad language.

Does enabling Safesearch block adult content in Lens?

I hope so, but not quite sure. However, it doesn't seem to block profanity.

I don't use Google Lens so can't comment.

But it seems to just be an image searching app.

What profanity does it show exactly?

The word 'shit' got past Safesearch. I, personally, don't really mind the word but my wife considers it a word my child shouldn't see, or say for that matter.

For the time being, I'm trying the following Custom Filter rule to see if it blocks Lens:
