Describe the bug and reproduction steps

Start a new conversation from scratch or repo.

Select the VS Code tab.

Dragging the resize bar between the Chat and the Tabs is very jerky. This gets worse and breaks completely with more content in VS Code.

Going back to the changes tab, it becomes smooth again.

This was with the latest Edge browser on Windows.
