Porting this Issue over from the Docs repo. Vignesh has suggested some changes to the Queue receive_messages documentation around what params are actually required when. I think this is a good change to take.
MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs-sdk-python#1552

Those docs are auto-generated from the code in this repo so the change needs to be made to eh docstrings here.
