Having upgraded to v2.2.0, and using the installed library, this code appears to include a non-existing file:

clickhouse-cpp/clickhouse/exceptions.h

#include "server_exception.h"

Probably you need to add server_exception.h as an install target around here?

INSTALL(FILES exceptions.h DESTINATION include/clickhouse/)
