Description:
Dropdown menus (Material, New Part) are currently non functional. The buttons are physically stacked on top of each other.

Replication:

1. Join a game, equip F3X.
2. Attempt to use a tool with a drop down menu
3. The drop down menu will be rendered incorrectly and will be unusable.
