Describe the feature or resource

There's a new GKE feature that provides a DNS-based control plane endpoint to simplify GKE access [1] [2]:

However, ContainerCluster still lacks support for this.

Additional information

Some related error message:

ERROR: (gcloud.container.clusters.get-credentials) controlPlaneEndpointsConfig.dnsEndpointConfig.allowExternalTraffic is disabled for cluster gke-cluster.
