Remove `eigenlayer operator keys` from 1.0.0 release

- We deprecated `eigenlayer operator keys` and moved it to `eigenlayer keys` command. But the functionality will still be there `0.9.x` and `0.10.x`
- We want it to finally remove the code out from `1.0.0`
