Should I be able to upgrade from 0.18.1 to 0.19.0 with conda?

I see manim 0.19.0 on conda-forge but when I attempt to update from inside my manim environment conda doesn't seem to "see" the update and instead tries to update to another build of 0.18.1. Am I missing something obvious? The Anaconda status page says conda-forge downloads has a problem with "packages built within the last few days" not being copied to the CDN and I wonder if that's the problem.

To update, I couldn't get my existing 0.18.1 install to update so I created a fresh new environment and installed 0.19.0 from scratch and it worked perfectly. My existing animations all seem to build normally and correctly.
