bug: Windows OS quick paste window not open after hitting the hotkey

Hi, my windows version is:

Windows 11 23H2 22631.4541

Specifically, after I set and hit the hotkey for quick paste window, it won't actually open, though it reveals in the taskbar:

However, even clicking the process of that PasteBar Quick Paste in the taskbar doesn't open that. Currently, the only way that I can open this is by clicking through the UI in the main window here:

Anyway, thank you for your contribution to this great paste management tool!

@Zzz212zzZ You can try a different hotkey combination. Just make sure it stays set in your user preferences. Move your mouse to the middle of the screen and try pressing it. Your hotkey should not already be in use in your Windows 11 system.

Same bug.

After rebooting installed hotkey for quick paste window is not working even when I change it to different one. My system is
Windows 10 22H2 19045.5371

I checked a lot of times, that selected hotkey is not the one reserved for Windows functionality (first it was Alt + V, then I changed it to Shift + V and nothing changed, also I couldn't use big "V" in typing even after changing the hotkey back to Alt + V).

UPD: I killed the process and start the PasteBar again and hotkey works, but Shift + V doesn't let me type big "V" yet.

UPD: After 3 minutes of work it doesn't work anymore. So, for now, Alt + V doesn't open quick paste window, and Shift + V doesn't allow me to type big "V" (here i typed it with CapsLock).
