Ok, so this is a really, really beautiful app. I like the design and collections feature.
But let me tell you some features that I miss in case you will find them worthy for implementing. Most of them from CopyQ that I use right now. Some are already issued.

  1. Ability to navigate and make actions with keyboard in main window. The point is to fully replace Quick paste window. Like I open full window with shortcut then press down and enter to paste something. Or I open full window with shortcut then press right (or left) and move to collections and navigate there and press enter to paste something. Considering one can customize this window a lot I would rather use full window instead of quick one. Or just add collections to the quick paste window =)
  2. Lack of hotkeys. For example when I open quick paste window I would certainly want to use delete for removing an item sometimes (to quickly delete some screenshots for example). Quick edit would also be nice (can be done with just opening element in notepad/wordpad). Well paired with the above item.
  3. Ability to paste with oneclick instead of double + closing quick paste window automatically if I didn't paste anything and clicked outside of this window. And the header of quick paste window is definitely unneeded =)
  4. This one is the most critical imho. I would really like to point my own custom folder for the collections. This would give one ability to import\export manually plus ability to sync all the collections through cloud. And manually edit items. Separate folder for the itself clipboard itself would be nice too.

So far that's all I noticed for now. Anyway, great app I hope you will continue the development, the bright future awaits!

Ok, so this is a really, really beautiful app. I like the design and collections feature.

Thank you for using PasteBar and for your kind words! I truly appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Let me address them one by one:

1. Ability to navigate and make actions with the keyboard in the main window.
I agree that keyboard navigation for copying saved items from the main window would be a nice addition. I’ll definitely consider this feature. Thanks for the suggestion!

2. Lack of hotkeys. For example, when I open the quick paste window, I would certainly want to use delete for removing an item sometimes.
I understand your point, but I don’t see the delete action as particularly useful in the quick paste window. Personally, I rarely delete items from clipboard history. Instead, it might be better to auto-clear history after a certain period if you don’t need it. History items are read-only, as they are meant to reflect your copy history. If you need to edit something, you can drag it to your boards to create a saved clip.

3. Ability to paste with one click instead of double-click.
You can already paste with a single click on the copy icon or use Alt + Click to copy and paste directly.

3.1 Closing the quick paste window automatically if I didn’t paste anything and clicked outside of this window.
This might not work well in practice. Sometimes, I need to paste into different parts of my app, and I need to navigate to that area after opening the quick paste window. Keeping it open until I select something is more convenient. Alternatively, you can simply press the Escape key to close it quickly. It’s easy to remember and works well.

3.2 The header of the quick paste window is definitely unneeded.
The header is useful for moving the window if it doesn’t open in the right position. Without it, repositioning the window would be difficult.

4. This one is the most critical, imo. I would really like to point to my own custom folder for the collections.
This is a great suggestion, and I agree it would be a useful feature. However, implementing custom locations for each collection would require significant work. On top of that, I would be better to add encryption to the collection items’ data for security. I’ll try to implement a customizable location for the PasteBar data file, but I can’t promise when it will be ready, as I’m currently busy with other work and personal commitments.

Thank you again for all your feedback! It’s incredibly valuable, and I’ll do my best to incorporate these ideas into future updates.
