Description

Although most keys on report are self-explanatory, some are not 100% clear.
I'm transforming the JSON report into a table in a database and the Column description is being quite challenging.
For example: The difference between artifacttype and Results.Target. There are a few others, but I don't want to extend myself too much.

Suggestions

It would be great if Trivy could provide a description for each key available in the schema. Would make the understanding easier.
