Why is the code for the OpenAPI handler vendored here rather than installed as a dependency? From the docs, the handler is "Based on OpenAPI-to-GraphQL". As it is, additional features / fixes from upstream have to be manually pulled in. I would guess that some local were made (?), but can those not be upstreamed?
