Just to clarify something, the Inspector extension has nothing to do with adding a GUI to games. It's just an extension that uses ImGui to render out in-game data for debugging purposes. FairyGUI, NeosisGUI and RmlUi are libraries that can be used to add a UI to a project. ImGui can be used for this too, but it is perhaps more suited for creating utility user interfaces. It's also not clear what this thread is about. Are you referring to a GUI editor for Axmol (similar to Unity/Unreal IDEs), or are you referring to GUI libraries that developers can add to their games? |

Yes, we need to define what we want first. A full GUI Editor like Unity needs a lot of work if you want to make anything useful, I don't think it's worth right now. I feel like what axmol needs is some GUI library that makes it easier to write game UI's |
