I have observed that the Open Source Collective hosting platform imposes a considerable fee of over 10%+ on funds received. For example, when the Axmol community receives $3000, it loses $432.30 in fees (includes $132.30 transaction fees and $300 hosting fee).
To address this issue, I have developed an alternative PayPal sponsorship channel at https://axmol.dev/donate/, which incurs a significantly lower transaction fee of only 3.43%. This change can meaningfully reduce the overhead associated with sponsorship funds, ensuring that more resources directly contribute to the growth and development of the Axmol community.
Although this new channel has not yet received any sponsorship, I sincerely hope that you will consider transitioning your support to this more cost-effective option.
