PrismaClientInitializationError: No request for 10 minutes continuously

I am using free plan cockroach db in my next js 13 project.

Using both prisma and node-pg.

Problem

• If there is no db query execution for 10 minutes continuously getting the following error. After the request the db wakes and subsequent request is working properly

Prisma

Invalid prisma.user.findFirst() invocation:
Can't reach database server at <db_name>.cockroachlabs.cloud:26257
Please make sure your database server is running at <db_name>.cockroachlabs.cloud:`26257

node-pg

• since it's trying to wake the db which takes more than 10 sec, the vercel free plan max execution time is 10 sec so it gives the function timeout error

Is it normal in free plan as I can't find like this scenario in their docs or site. May be I have missed some pages. Is there any fix for it or it is normal in free plan?
