Version 4.0 is meant to get cassandra-data-migrator to a place where it is: - easier to download and use for those unfamiliar with it - simple to use without a lot of configuration (e.g. auto-discovery of schema) - more stable releases with CI/CD - open-source friendliness with things like clear CLA, license, etc.
