Can we use use a Github App for authentication in Git Private Registry

Hi all,

As part of an internal effort, we are working on moving away from using robot users in GH to GH Apps and were looking to do the same for Git Private Registry in Dependabot.

When looking at the open/closed issues and documentation, I couldn't find a hit for this, and I was wondering if it is supported.
