What would you like to be added?

Currently we are just testing v3.5.21 release, we would want to test also v3.4 and v3.6.

We might need to template the docker-compose file with different etcd version.

To separate test history we would want to configure different source in antithesis.

Why is this needed?

Test all supported etcd releases.
