Steps to Reproduce

Install Flutter plugin on IntelliJ and run or debug any example app
It has no indicator as below when app is running on Simulator

When I run a java app it should appear like this

Version info

[✓] Flutter (Channel stable, 3.0.0, on macOS 12.3.1 21E258 darwin-arm, locale en-AU)
[✓] Android toolchain - develop for Android devices (Android SDK version 32.1.0-rc1)
[✓] Xcode - develop for iOS and macOS (Xcode 13.3.1)
[✓] Chrome - develop for the web
[!] Android Studio (not installed)
[✓] IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Edition (version 2022.1.1)
[✓] VS Code (version 1.67.0)
[✓] Connected device (3 available)
[✓] HTTP Host Availability

Interesting! I had never noticed that indicator. We have several indicators in the main tool bar but not in the tool window tab.

Still happening in latest IntelliJ with new UI
Flutter project:
