Where to get the bulkdata that are older than Sep 2022?

All,

I see the bulk data is mostly available from 08/09 2022 or newer in the below link. Where can i get the older data?

I think prior to this we were doing it a different way that didn't wind up in S3. But I'm guessing it doesn't matter. These are not deltas. All most people really need is the latest set of files.
