Update the style link on CONTRIBUTING.md

Proposed solution

Change the style link from

[style]: https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server/blob/main/.golangci.yaml

to

[style]: https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server/blob/main/.golangci.yml

any specific reason behind this.

https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server/blob/main/.golangci.yaml -> this link not work because the file that exist on the repository is file with .yml extension
