Google Test dev package

Hi,
We are using Google Test dev package https://github.com/google/googletest/releases in our project.
We are trying to get it through our Third Party Intellectual Property Process and get it export classification. I would need to understand if this software has any encryption capabilities or if it has an export/commerce classification number assigned?
I would appreciate if you can take a look into as soon as you can as we are in little time crunch.
