SSL error while installing Restrict to topic Guardrails hub

Hi, I'm getting SSL error while installing validators from Guardrails Hub. I tried for Restrict to topic initially with command
guardrails hub install hub://tryolabs/restricttotopic
I tried by turning off all proxies and with personal network. Yet giving SSL error.

Kindly help me with this.

I also got an error here：
