Sub folder python venv not working

I have a problem using a .mise.toml in a sub folder of a .mise.toml already using venv. I made a repository to reproduce the erreur.

As you can see in this repository the sub venv is created but never used.

Did I do something wrong?

@jdx @syhol Following #2718, I created this discussion. Have you had time to look into this subject? Or at least could you tell me what's wrong in this case?

I'm willing to investigate and try to submit a PR, but I want to at least be sure that this is a bug and that we want to patch it.
