I would like to suggest creating a "Genre Blacklist" feature in Anilist, where any Manga or Anime that has a "Genre" that is "Blacklisted" will not be displayed in subsequent Metrics results, unless the genre has been removed from the previously implemented "Genre Blacklist".
Maybe this idea is a little crazy and even useless, but it might be useful for some people or certain people
