the issue when initializes the environment

Every time the plug-in initializes the environment, it will call activate this file, and then execute conda activate. The first step is very redundant. How to remove the mumble? Not only redundant, but also open the file. Choose what software to open. I am windows

You may have to set python.condaPath to conda, and it should work better than the base extension.
