Problem when upgrade from 4.15 to 4.16.0-okd-scos.1

Hi,
I'm upgrading from 4.15.0-0.okd-2024-03-10-010116 to 4.16.0-okd-scos.1 as per the docin okd.io. But kube-apiserver operator / openshift-etcd-operator is still in progress when I check the operator event I see PodSecurity issue(not able to create the pod), its the same settings in my test cluster and I don't face this issue. Any help to fix this?

Multiple errors are preventing progress:
* deployment openshift-etcd-operator/etcd-operator has a replica failure FailedCreate: pods "etcd-operator-64f64b8895-frnpm" is forbidden: violates PodSecurity "restricted:latest": seccompProfile (pod or container "etcd-operator" must set securityContext.seccompProfile.type to "RuntimeDefault" or "Localhost")
* deployment openshift-kube-apiserver-operator/kube-apiserver-operator has a replica failure FailedCreate: pods "kube-apiserver-operator-6dd5f9d4f4-vm287" is forbidden: violates PodSecurity "restricted:latest": seccompProfile (pod or container "kube-apiserver-operator" must set

In the deployment I see the seccompProfile is correct:

Under API Explorer--> Namespace Kind I updated the pod-security.kubernetes.io/enforce: restricted to pod-security.kubernetes.io/enforce: privileged to complete the upgrade but once the pod start again the settings reverted back to restricted, so whenever the pod restarted the I need to do the above step to get the pod created. Any help on this to fix permanently.
