OKD v4.19 comes with API Gateway. Any builtin implementation?

OKD v4.19 comes with API Gateway CRDs:GatewayClass,Gateway,HTTPRoute etc

Q:

• is there a built-in implementation of the API or do we have to install our own?

If so, which one is it (HAProxy? Istio? ...) and how to use it?
