GitHub Discussions for OpenGitOps

We can now invite people to have Discussions here where relevant to OpenGitOps specifically, rather than in the GitOps Working Group Discussions more broadly. This is part of our transition to building out the community for this new sandbox project. Raised in the GitOps WG Events Committee meeting today, we're ready for this now because we have documents, a website almost ready to launch, and other content in this GitHub org, and the transition of more things from the WG to this more permanent project is now underway.

To-do:

• Enable discussions on the OpenGitOps top-level project repo
• Close out GitOps WG Discussions at some point (this can be a later stage in Move relevant things from GitOps WG repo to OpenGitOps project repo #2)
• Publicize this new option to the OpenGitOps community
  • Slack: CNCF #opengitops and #wg-gitops channel(s)
  • OpenGitOps README & CONTRIBUTING guidelines on getting involved
  • Twitter: @GitOpsWG and @OpenGitOps handles
  • Include in OpenGitOps blog post ideas #14
  • Anywhere else?
