Although this is possible, I think it's unlikely to happen unless we get a lot of people asking for it. Is it a real problem to have a few unused classes/interfaces around? |

If I only use the Baggage feature API but now need to depend on opentelemetry-api, which includes other modules I don't use, can it be split out in the future?
