With baremetal IPI in latest OpenShift, it appears we will not automatically have master Machines linked to their corresponding nodes. This is required for machine healthcheck and auto-approval of master server CSRs.

See openshift-metal3/dev-scripts#725 and openshift-metal3/dev-scripts#260 for more details

It currently looks like we will need a script to create this linkage as a post-install step

@dhellmann looking at openshift_metal3/dev_scripts#730
I see the host patch has lots of info that is not correct for BM hosts.

Is this something that is being adressed someplace else, or should we be looking to grab it and populate?
