Changes list items hard to see on map

We have clicked Save.
Now we are clicking items in the Changes list, just prior to making the final decision to upload.

Each item we click is shown for one second via a dim purple outline on the dim grey map.

It is too easy to miss.
Therefore please use a orange contrasting outline, and don't make it go away after one second.
