Web site under maintenance extension.

Hi.

I have been working with Oqtane for a couple of weeks and I am excited about the great work you are doing.

I have a question: Is it possible to create an Oqtane Extension to put the site in maintenance mode?

I think the best option would be to use middleware to intercept visitor requests (not admin requests) and redirect them to a siteclosed.html page, for example.

However, I'm not sure if I need to modify the Oqtane code for this or if I can do it through an Oqtane Extension.
