Hello,

As a GitHub Admin and App Manager, we would like the ability to be able to select repositories for a GitHub app through repositories' custom properties.

We have a very large organization and instead of having to add repo by repo for each GitHub app, we would like to be able to filter based on custom properties instead of only repository name.
