[Question] How can I enable SCC with Vanila Kubernetes API Server and Controller

Hope it is ok to open the issue here: I was now doing some test for virtualcluster at https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-provider-nested/blob/main/virtualcluster/doc/demo.md , and installed virtualcluster on OCP cluster, but tenant cluster are using Vanila Kubernetes API Server and Controller, with this, I cannot create some OpenShift SCC, any comments or suggestions for how can I enable the SCC with Vanila Kubernetes API Server and Controller? Thanks.

@smarterclayton I think you may have some background of virtualcluster as KCP also want to cover this case as well. Not sure if you have any comments for how can I enable SCC in a Tenant Cluster with Vanila Kubernetes API Server and Controller, do I need to install https://github.com/openshift/cluster-openshift-apiserver-operator ?

If installing part of OKD can help, like install OKD API Server and Controller to tenant cluster, then how can I only install part of OKD? I can see from the document, it only have content of installing whole OKD https://docs.okd.io/latest/installing/index.html but not part of it. Thanks!
