Missing: Link to Translation Platform in README

This issue proposes adding a link to the Transifex platform (https://explore.transifex.com/opencloud-eu/opencloud-eu/) in the project's README file.

Making this link visible can lower the barrier for contributions, allowing individuals without strong technical skills to easily participate by sharing their language expertise. Clearly linking the translation platform in the README is a common practice in multilingual open-source projects. This simplifies contributions and enhances the project's global accessibility.

I discovered this translation platform while exploring the user settings within the OpenCloud demo (full URL: https://demo.opencloud.eu/account?contextRouteName=admin-settings-spaces).

Currently, this translation contribution method appears to be undocumented. I couldn't find any mention of it either in the project's GitHub repository or on the main OpenCloud website (https://opencloud.eu/en/).

Proposed Solution

Add a clear and concise link to the Transifex platform within the README.md file, ideally within a section dedicated to contributing or localization.
