Open branding repository

Hi, I wanted to contribute to the opencloud repository as I noticed the logo in the readme is quite low resolution and though it would be nice to quickly fix that. However I couldn't find any branding resources (like logo and logotype as svg and so on). I think it would be a good idea to have a repository with that so all the other repositories that need the icons etc. can get them from this central branding resources repository.
