Changing the puppet control repo

I updated the control repo location in the puppet gui. But I can't seem to get it to apply on the host. I tried a restart and reboot. The code manager is set to true. I also tried the code deploy and running the agent. Are there any other commands to get this to pick up.
This is the setting I changed to point at the new git server within the gui
