Create Hub and Spokes model with NTT

The following are the requirements:

1. Create the main ERC20 ( to be deployed on ETH ) as the HUB token with NTT interface.
2. Create Spoke tokens for all other supporting chains as mentioned in the PRD here
3. Each Spoke should have their own file in the repo.
4. Set up NTT Manager and Transcievers to ensure complete set-up for NTT Model for the new token.
5. Set up test cases to test the bridging aspect of the Hub and Spoke Model
6. Finally, deployment and upgrade scripts for the tokens of every chain should be included within the repo.
