I have duplicates on 2 separate drives. I want to remove those on one of them and keep the rest. I searched around here and found the custom selection feature but it doesn't work. I tried selecting the Drive Letter to include every directory beneath it but I think it's only selecting a few files but not most others.

So it occurred to me maybe if there was a feature to simply ask it to select topmost file as shown by order in the UI. Because the files are arranged as:

Drive X: file 1
Drive Y: file 1

etc.

I want to delete ALL files in Drive X.

The feature could be extended to include (lowermost file) or all except lowermost file or all except topmost file.

Is that possible?

Until then, I'm literally manually going through all the database which will take me days... to make sure ONLY the topmost files are selected (in Drive X).

Thank you so much for an amazing program btw.

I'm using Win.10 . Czkawka version 9.0.0.

this is what I'm trying to achieve... as you can see the file before the last for ex. has the bottom file selected. But I want the top cause it's in that drive. I hope it's clear.

Maybe you can set drive Y as reference folder, so that select all will leave its files alone.
