I have been using this npm in all my projects but now we have planned to move to react 18 will we have support for react 18 ?

This issue duplicates #1797.

FYI, the package hasn't been updated for 4 years.
So I don't think it would have any more update or maintenance.

This is frustrating.

It seems the maintainers are gone, put aside this project completely, don't love it any more, or whatever reason they don't care about us nagging about package upgrade.

Our only choice is to fork, publish another package under our own name.

That's why you should not use a package that its last publish is too old.
