Cannot join Discord Channel

3 people from my organisation have tried to join reown's Discord and are unable to do so.

Is there any manual or help on how to join Discord? As 3 people have failed to join it means there is a problem with the process.

The reason we wanted to join Discord is Reown does not seem to be answering questions on this discussion forum much and we cannot wait for weeks for a question to be answered in this modern fast paced world we live in :-)
