Customize Emojis

At the moment there's the four emoji packs; Mutant, Twemoji, Openmoji, Noto Emoji.

It'd be cool if we had the option to customise the emojis more, being able to choose X emoji from another pack If we prefer that one, or even have the ability to upload our own custom emoji(s) that replace original designs for the client

More of an example on the choosing different emojis: The 💅 looks strange and unappealing on Mutant, so the user wants to change it into the Twemoji version, but they prefer the other emojis in the Mutant pack, BUT, now they can edit that specific emoji to display as the Twemoji version without changing every other emoji into that same pack
