When trying to download a playlist, all the videos fail and the reason given at the end is "Failed to extract the cipher manifest".

This new issue seems to be happening to more and more people, I guess youtube made changes again. I'll have to wait until it happens to me too so I can debug it, for now I suggest you try using other youtube downloaders and see if they have the problem as well. If they do, its probably something with your network. I recommend using https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp if you're familiar with the command line
