I'm trying to set up my personal playlist (https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIQQO_zPKpHKUQrthJWiP9dWOmaWb1D8w&si=R_suUQl3rPsGV8Jj ) for 2689 songs and the download button does not work .

Try removing the music from the beginning of the URL (so it starts with YouTube.com)

Make sure you don't have the playlist marked as Unlisted or Private
