Download and Add to queue buttons grayed out

Title. Attempting to download a very long (~1000 video long) playlist. Other videos and playlists work as normal. I'm honestly not even sure whether or not it's trying to cache all the videos or something, as there's no animation or indication on what it's doing. Would imagine this is an odd edge case.
