New Shortcut Idea : Move Layers Order (Like in Figma)

I’d like to propose adding a shortcut to move layers up or down in the hierarchy, similar to how Figma handles it. This would allow for a more efficient workflow when organizing layers without having to manually drag them.

Proposed Shortcuts
Following Figma’s convention:

Move layer up: Cmd + ] (Mac) / Ctrl + ] (Windows)
Move layer down: Cmd + [ (Mac) / Ctrl + [ (Windows)

Would love to hear thoughts from the community! Let me know if there are any concerns or alternative ideas.
