我已经搜索过issues和disscussions，没有发现相似issue

总结

可以加一个群聊或者指定用户的bot的关闭吗？在不更改config重启项目的情况下管理员可以用#stop 群聊ID或用户ID来限制bot，相当于加入黑名单了。
