Markdown output format

In addition of reStructuredText, it could be interesting to export gnatdoc to Markdown. This could be helpful for reading for text editor, or te generate static website

And maybe, a more global export (RAW) format, like JSON, YAML or something like so.

A data structure that contains all extracted information, that can be used freely by users to do what they want.
