📥 Summary

This PR includes the following updates:

  • Uploaded the latest Carbon Intensity (CI) data table
  • Added the LICENSE file for the CI dataset, which is licensed under the
    Open Database License (ODbL) by Electricity Maps
  • Included data attribution for the CI dataset in the README.md

ℹ️ Upload of TDP data table will follow soon
